Ms. Pandos is a 1982 graduate of Michigan State University where she received a BA with a dual major in political science and sociology. In 1985 she received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. She was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1985. Ms. Pandos has been certified and recertified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. Only 2% of all New Jersey attorneys obtain this distinction. She is an Advocate of ABOTA, the American Board of Trial Attorneys and a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Trial Attorneys of America and New Jersey Defense Association. Ms. Pandos has successfully defended numerous medical, podiatric, dental, nursing and legal malpractice cases throughout her career in addition to general liability claims. She has represented various clients before the New Jersey State Professional Boards and is actively engaged in contract preparation and negotiation in the Health Care Field. She has tried well over 100 cases to conclusion, and had arbitrated and mediated scores to a successful conclusion. She in addition has appeared before the New Jersey Appellate Division, New Jersey Supreme Court, and The United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Ms. Pandos lectures extensively in the area of malpractice to medical students, medical professionals and fellow attorneys.
