Mr. Chern is a graduate of Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He then attended Seton Hall University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree. After graduation he clerked for the Honorable Mark M. Russello, J.S.C. in Bergen County, New Jersey. Mr. Chern is admitted to practice law in New Jersey with New York pending.
